L'Auberge Landais, a series of dinners inspired by the charming French farmhouses of the Landes region, is open every first Friday and Saturday of the month at Here Kitty Kitty Clarke Quay. Be among the first few to attend the opening weekend of this dinner that celebrates French flavours with a modern twist on tradition.
This dinner series is helmed by Chef Lorenz Hoja, a German-born gourmand who has accumulated culinary expertise in celebrated kitchens around the world, most notably in a two-year tenure as the executive chef at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Singapore, where he helped earn two Michelin stars for two consecutive years in 2016 and 2017.
