As you get to know Comoclub, you'll discover that along with our fresh concepts, we also have naturally new lingo. Here's a handy cheatsheet to navigate your new Comoclubber journey.

• Comoclubber ID - Your unique member number with your profile information embedded in a QR code
• Comocredits - points you earn each time you spend across the COMO Group
• Comocollection - Member-only Items (Comopicks) and experiences (Comomoments) that can be exchanged using your Comocredits
• Comogift - cash vouchers that can be purchased or given as gifts.
• Comocrew - your dedicated team at Comoclub
• Comoperks - your membership benefits and privileges

Download the Comoclub app through the App Store or Google Play. Create an account or use your existing Club21 Rewards email and password. From there, you can unlock even more perks as you progress through the tiers.

The Comocredits you earn on purchases across the COMO Group can be redeemed for members-only experiences we call Comomoments, or purchases from exclusive collections we call Comopicks.

Whilst it's not mandatory to be a Comoclubber, we highly recommend that you download the app. You'll get exclusive access to member-only redemptions and have your membership privileges, account information, and your points balance stored conveniently in your in-app wallet.

You can download the latest version of the Comoclub app in the App Store or on Google Play and log in using your registered email and password.
