HOW DO I LOG INTO THE COMOCLUB APP?

Log in using the email address and password created to register your Comoclub account. Enter your details and click ‘Log in’ to start exploring. If you don't have an account yet, sign up here to create an account. You can then use the email address and password to sign in to the mobile app.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD AND CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

If you’ve forgotten your password or are unsure of which email address you used to register, contact us at team@comoclub.com and we will get you sorted.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

To update your personal details through the app, login and head over to the settings page by clicking the ↄ icon. You'll be able to instantly update your contact details under "My profile".

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you are logged in and wish to change your password:

  • On the Comoclub app, head over to the settings page by clicking the ↄ icon, and update your password under "Change password".
  • On the website: head over to your account page and update your password under "Change password".

If you are unable to log in:

  • On both the Comoclub app and website, click "Forgot password" on the log in page. You will receive and email to verify the request to change your password. Follow the steps from there.
  • On the website: head over to your account page and update your password under "Change password".

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS IN THE COMOCLUB APP?

To check on your Comocredits validity:

  • Log in to your account via the Comoclub mobile app
  • Click the Comoclub icon in blue on the top right hand corner and select Settings icon
  • You'll be able to view your Comocredits balance

WHAT IF I WANT TO TERMINATE MY COMOCLUB MEMBERSHIP?
