GIR Cow A2 is an organic artisanal ghee from Yantra's own farm in Uttarakhand. Milk from the GIR Cow is made into this ghee. It is a versatile pantry staple than can replace butter, olive oil, and coconut oil. 12 - 15 litres of milk is required to make 500gm of this ghee.
