Badri Cow Ghee Made from A2 Milk of Badri Cow, native of Himalayan Hills in Uttarakhand State, India. This cow breed is known for strong immunity and are traditionally guarded against medicines and cross breeding practices to preserve the original breed. This ghee is made by the Traditional Bilona Churning method. 20 litres of milk is required to make 1 litre of ghee. It has a high smoke point, ideal for cooking or frying at high temperatures.
A2 GIR Cow Ghee GIR Cow A2 is an organic artisanal ghee from Yantra's own farm in Uttarakhand. Milk from the GIR Cow is made into this ghee. It is a versatile pantry staple than can replace butter, olive oil, and coconut oil. 12 - 15 litres of milk is required to make 500gm of this ghee.
