About Lau:
- Tea: Milk Oolong, Taiwan
- Tasting notes: Light golden colour. Hints of caramel, milky tea and cooked chestnuts. Smooth bubbles, full-bodied and nicely rounded
- Pairings: Versatile and adaptable. Ideal with soft cheeses, pork loin, poultry or even bone marrow. It can also be enjoyed with dark chocolate or honey
- Alcohol content: 2%
- Size: 750 ml
About Hiru:
- Tea: Malawi Green and Malawi White Peony
- Tasting notes: Intense golden colour. Notes of dates and tropical fruits such as papaya with hints of hay and dried herbs. Fine effervescence. Clean, crisp finish -Pairings: Versatile and adaptable. It can accompany salads (especially ripe tomatoes), seafood ( such as crab), but also bacon
- Alcohol content: 2.5%
